How do I get into the expert menu?

Press and hold all three buttons and then turn the power on.

I have misplaced my instruction book how can I get a new one?

We hope to have the instructions on-line soon but for now call the office and we can send you one.

How long are my settings stored when the power to the computer is off?

We have used a memory chip that is designed to last for eighty years without power and can be programmed half a million times.  We do not know how the manufacturer guarantees its chips last eighty years because the chips have only been available for a few years.  But, we are sure that the chips will last a very long time.

What hardware and software platforms do you support?

Our main focus is writing applications for the Microsoft Windows operating system.  However, our programmers have worked on many other hardware platforms and operating systems.  If you have specific needs please contact us to find out if we can meet those needs.

What programming languages do you support?

Most of our development is done in Visual C++ and Visual Basic.  Depending on the application and features you are requesting, we may need to use other languages.
